I started Hyten Content Strategies LLC to do one thing: bring web marketing success to small- and medium-sized businesses.
For 14 years I worked with large enterprises to make their web marketing projects succeed. I’ve worked on integrated campaigns combining websites with email marketing, banner ads, video, and even telemarketing. I’ve written many email marketing campaigns, dozens of banner ads, and project managed dozens of microsites.
After years of working for the “big” companies, I realized that social media tools had advanced to the level where a business of almost any size can have its own web marketing strategy, with many great tools at their disposal.
My goal is to bring the success I have experienced with big clients to the world of small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Evidence has grown rapidly that social media is an effective marketing tool for businesses of all sizes.
However, the last segment to adopt social media strategies and tools is the SMB segment. Unlike their larger cousins, SMBs often have fewer resources and less marketing planning expertise in house. Also, the tools of social media are still new and confusing to new adopters.
